We are proud of our volunteers, who compiled our Survey and have put together the Anniversary Event.

SIP Survey Team

Laura Tyson, Events Director, SIP. She has over 15+ years in the transportation industry, having worked in sales, marketing and training positions for a major American airline and Computer Reservations System. She also holds an Ontario Private Investigation license where she deals with competitive intelligence, fraud and copyright issues. Laura is now involved with conducting physical security surveys, audits and staff training for private schools and corporations. Her passion is travel and learning languages; French, Spanish, German. Brian Rubenstein, Project coordinator of SIP Team. He s a "People's PM" with a passion for great teamwork who takes a fun approach yet drives for results. Strategic project leader with over 20 years progressive experience and a reputation for delivering quality on Facilities Management, Health & Safety, and Work Collaboration on up to multi-million dollar projects. MICHAEL MORRIS is a speaker at the SIP Event and compiler for the survey. Michael is president of The Social Strategy Group and a franchisee of a website development tools Bloomtools. He has been a Cause Related Marketing Consultant and a Fashion Consultant in the Ladies wear industry for over 50 years and enjoys being a mentor at the Toronto Fashion Incubator. mike.morris@rogers.com

Anwesha Sengupta is a researcher for SIP survey. She is a graduate of History and English and now pursuing broadcast and political journalism. Her interest ranges from Debating Team, Drama and Social Services, volunteerism, classical Indian Dancing and playing field hockey. She works as an independent social media contractor on several projects and is inclined to enhance her social media and marketing skills and use them towards furthering her journalistic ambitions in the future. Max Haroon is the overall director of all committees. Max is the founding president of the Society of Internet Professionals and a social entrepreneur. He has been involved in the Information Technology (IT) industry in various sectors, including the Internet and IT Training for over 35 years. He has completed many consulting assignments, forging alliances, as well as initiating various entrepreneurial enterprises. His work has spanned many countries. Norman Evans is a speaker and the Creative Director with SIP. He is the Founder, the Creative Marketing Network, Inc and DiigitalCitizen.com. He is Creative Director/ Marketing Strategist/Corporate Coach for various corporations and foundations, with a particular expertise in emerging technologies and transformational strategies. Manuel Canales has been in International Trade and Development since the early 80's, with International Broadcasting, Communications (Multinational) organizations. Jim Pagiamtzis is the Founder of 21 Connections; he shares Learn, Speak and Social strategies that work! Jim's articles have been included in numerous small business and professional publications, blogs and online sites. He has an online radio show and has interviewed and written spotlight features on more than 50 entrepreneur and professionals. Jim is currently the Director of Public Speakers Association in Toronto. Sean Canchi has worked in the IT for 8 years as a Mainframe programmer and Business Analyst. He has worked for CGI and Satyam over the years. His skills range from conceptualizing, coordinating and delivering short term as well as long term projects. He is a certified SCRUM Master and interested in project development and coordination positions. Duke Duyck is the Web Master for SIP. He is a Professional Engineer, an Accredited Internet Professional, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He started playing around with prototype computers in 1979. In 1982, he was the first to recommend the use of computers as a general business tool instead of as a fancy typewriter. Since 1993, he has been on the Internet, using e-mail and designing e-business websites. In 2000, he became SIP's webmaster, by setting up its new website and maintaining it ever since. Olga Goubar is the blogger of SIP. She is a web developer and a professional blogger with wide fields of experience: Cybernetics, Philosophy, Community Development, Software Development, Agile Search Engine Optimization, Extreme Graphic Design, Creative Content Management Techniques and Education. Ayman khan photography and design may have started off as a small venture into the world of corporate and social coverage. However, as time passed, it has slowly become something more.
